The latest from the National Enquirer which is a rag tabloid magazine unless, of course, it shows the Gosselins in a positive light. Then it seems to be A-OK.
Curious, isn’t it?

Yada, yada, yada - as long as the public is gullible and unknowing,
they will always have their hand out for contributions.
One would think that there is at least one knowledgable person in each venue who would speak up. Like scalping sports tickets.
What goes around comes around.
That’s just nuts how they keep getting richer and richer and no one has stopped them yet. I feel so sorry for those kids - to have greedy, loveless parents.
Astounding. It’s so hard for me to believe that there are still pastors willing to book them and people who will actually pay to hear them. I hope the word starts getting around about them before much longer. Thankfully the speaking life of parents of multiples seems to be only about two years so their time should be up soon.
They can’t show the new house on TV soon enough for me.
Dearest Moon,
I’m hoping the Greedlins show up at a church where there is an employee of the IRS in the audience.
Karma will be a REAL bitch!
They are more financially secure now but someday the cameras will be gone and their financial needs will be great? Seriously? I mean, wow-someone close to them thought that was a sufficient excuse for what they are doing? How about not buying a 1.3 million dollar house and living more frugally like most of the population? I will soon have 6 children and we work and save to take care of them…SERIOUSLY, their needs will be great in the future? Sorry, can’t think of anything to follow up the ridiculousness of that quote!

I agree.
There was a poster on another entry that STILL stated one of the more “quintessential” reasonings of Kon fans everywhere~
(paraphrase) “They will have 8 kids in college at once, give them a break”.
Um, well, they must not be too worried about college funds since they just bought a 1.3 million dollar home.
One would think that they made sure all the children’s college funds were at healthy numbers before buying a home of that magnitude, correct?
I mean the Gosselins do always put those children first and foremost, don’t they ?
Oh, yeah, they put the kids first. First in line to poop in front of a camera. First ones to show their panties and butt cracks to the nation. First to scream from constipation on TV. First to be humilated and laughed at. That’s a lot of firsts, but, they’re making memories!!
The gravy train is coming to the end of the tracks. How can anyone, who has just moved into a 1.3 million dollar home, justify accepting so-called “love offerings” from those clearly less fortunate? Is it worth selling pictures of your children to total strangers? Is is worth it when you google your children’s names, hundreds of thousands of internet sites pop up? With everyone and anyone using their images? Who would want a facebook page created calling one of your older daughters a b*tch? Would you want to be one of the most hated reality tv stars? All we have in life is our reputation and integrity. After all is said and done, and the show is a distant memory, I wonder if Jon and Kate will look back on it and think it was all worth it.
The Gosselins act like they’re the only ones with 8 kids or something? There are families out there with 10+ kids who are raising their kids and doing their best and getting by AOK. The greed from these 2 deadbeats is astonishing!
God knows I hate to give J&K any credit for anything, but as long as someone is willing to sit their believing ass in a seat and then pay for a photo, then J&K will keep making money off those kids.
They know this and do not care what anyone else thinks of them and their family. They are the ultimate pragmatists. Let’s just hope they are as open with the ends as they have been with the means.
I didn’t really feel the article showed the Gosselin’s in a positive light at all. Yes, some of the quotes, especially at the end, were from J&K ‘friends’ but for the most part I thought the article was critical of their moneymaking at the expense of the kids — also a bit critical of J&K accepting love offerings, picture sales, autographs for money, all while purchasing their $1.3million house.
Am I the wacky one for not seeing the article as pro-Gosselin as you all do?

I am confused. Who here did you feel saw this article in a positive light?
Not me!
Anybody else notice that this photo is from “The Twins Turn Six”?
